چکیده

In recent years, there has been a growing awareness and demand for global sustainability, as well mandate the use of renewable environmentally sustainable materials processes. Due to which, massive efforts are being made develop nurture next generation composite that energy efficient, friendly, biodegradable. Light weight, lower coefficient thermal expansion, comparable tensile strength exhibited by natural fibers render them choice in several industrial products applications over last decade. Natural reinforcing entity pitted against their synthetic variants primarily because superior aspects like biodegradability excellent strength-to-weight ratio. This article presents review on various nonconventional such tamarind seed shell, Luffa cylindrica, groundnut coconut coir, papaya bast, okra, Ashoka tree seed. The flow chapter includes introduction, extraction methodologies, fabrication, investigations mechanical properties, applications, sustainability dealt detail nontraditional fibers. okra possess greater up 262.8 MPa comparison with other fibers, while known maximum flexural 125 MPa. Further, these used reinforcements potential interiors automobile aircraft panels wood-based particle board composites owing increase strengths composites.

Sustainable Biocomposites for Construction

Typical construction materials and practices have a large ecological footprint. Many materials are energyintensive to produce, and construction and demolition debris constitutes a large percentage of U.S. landfill volume. Biocomposites are structural materials made from renewable resources that biodegrade in an anaerobic environment after their useful service life to produce a fuel or feedstock...

TOPOLOGICAL OPTIMIZATION OF VIBRATING CONTINUUM STRUCTURES FOR OPTIMAL NATURAL EIGENFREQUENCY

Keeping the eigenfrequencies of a structure away from the external excitation frequencies is one of the main goals in the design of vibrating structures in order to avoid risk of resonance. This paper is devoted to the topological design of freely vibrating continuum structures with the aim of maximizing the fundamental eigenfrequency. Since in the process of topology optimization some areas of...

Searching for Natural Conductive Fibrous Structures via a Green Sustainable Approach Based on Jute Fibers and Silver Nanoparticles

This paper provides new insights regarding jute fibers functionalization with silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) with improved conductivity values and highlights the sustainability of the processes involved. These NPs were applied onto jute fabrics by two different sustainable methods: ultraviolet (UV) photoreduction and by using polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a reducing agent and stabilizer. Field Em...
